Kitchen
Seasonal plates, food from the fire and generous cooking shaped by the market garden.
Opening at Nature’s Corner in November 2026.
Cooked by the season
The kitchen will follow what is growing around us, working closely with Wendling Beck Market Garden and local producers to create food that feels rooted in the place and the moment.
Expect breakfasts, lunches and changing seasonal plates, alongside food cooked over fire, preserving, fermenting and simple dishes made with care.
What to expect
Breakfast
Pastries, sourdough, eggs, seasonal vegetables and simple plates to begin the day.
Lunch
Generous dishes shaped by the garden, the season and the fire.
Something to share
Small plates, larger dishes and food designed to bring people together around the table.
Led by the harvest
Rather than building a fixed menu and asking the garden to follow it, we want the harvest to lead.
What is abundant will appear across the kitchen, bakery and shop—from fresh plates and fire-cooked vegetables to ferments, preserves and food to take home.
Food from the fire
Fire will be part of the everyday kitchen, bringing smoke, char and warmth to vegetables, bread, meat and fish.
The food will be bold and generous, but never fussy — allowing the quality of the ingredients and the season to speak.
