Natural Habitat

As the lead chef practitioner, I supported the mission of Natural Habitat to connect communities through nature and sustainable land-use while supporting conservation and biodiversity, so that;

  • Everyone in the local community has access to learning from the landscape, feels more connected to nature, food and each other; wellbeing is improved as a result;

  • The benefits of regenerative land-practices are universally accessible and that local wildlife populations, habitats and food systems are thriving for current and future generations;

  • The local community respects and protects biodiversity for current and future generations and that;

  • Evidence based management is integral to conservation and community wellbeing.

Founded in 2023 and based in Suffolk, they are an environmental education charity that uses creative and collaborative approaches to make learning about conservation, protection of the environment and sustainable land-use, accessible to more people. We collaborate with local farms, experts, schools, diverse organisations and local communities, to celebrate our landscape and run educational projects.
